All electrical connections attached with the incinerator and other machinery should <\/div>\n
be provided with suitable and necessary safety devices and be protected by steel <\/div>\n
conduits, cable trays, and supports.\t\t<\/span>YES\/NO\t<\/span><\/div>\n

manufacturer\u2019s name or trademark (ii) style, type, model or, date of manufacture <\/div>\n

Installation and Commissioning, Operator training, Spare parts package and Maintenance\t\t<\/span><\/div>\n
Installation and commissioning\t<\/span>The unit shall allow for easy and quick installation without <\/div>\n
specialized tools\/equipment and without high skilled manpower required, optimizing the <\/div>\n
number of assembly\/installation steps with separate items reduced to a practicable, shipment weight.\t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>The assembly and installation process shall be designed to be reversible, to facilitate <\/div>\n
rapid disassembling and re-packing without damaging the parts of the products itself.  <\/div>\n
All tools\/equipment must be simple to use, of highest quality and meet international standards. \t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>Team compositions and tools\/equipment list\/description shall be detailed in the <\/div>\n
assembly, disassembly and Packing Manuals.  Provision for the use of video weblinks <\/div>\n
(in English with French and Arabic subtitles) showing the assembly process and, <\/div>\n
separately, the disassembly process is required.  Manuals are to be produced in English and French.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Corrosion resistance and weather proofing\t<\/span>The Incinerator units shall be designed <\/div>\n
to last in operation in a tropical environment for a minimum period of 10 years if the <\/div>\n
specified maintenance schedule is followed. All metal surfaces (except combustion <\/div>\n
chamber internal fittings) shall be either galvanized, enameled, painted or otherwise <\/div>\n
treated against atmospheric and process induced corrosion\t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>The incinerator combustion chamber(s) should be designed for easy maintenance <\/div>\n
of all internal parts including the refractory and insulation. Materials used in the <\/div>\n
ndividual parts of the incinerator shall be heat resistance and also be protected <\/div>\n
against oxidation, corrosion, etc.\t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>The incinerator shell shall be made of mild steel with an adequate thickness <\/div>\n
for small units of between 3-6mm and larger units 5-10 mm depending on the <\/div>\n
construction part and painted externally with heat resistant aluminum paint <\/div>\n
suitable to withstand 250\u00b0 C.  The outside surface temperature of the incinerator <\/div>\n
casing should not exceed 50\u00b0 C above ambient temperature and shall include a <\/div>\n
safety mesh around all hot surfaces. Cold face refractory lining of calcium silicate <\/div>\n
or superior material, minimum thickness 100 mm. \t<\/span><\/div>\n
Combustion control system\t<\/span>The incinerator units shall include a temperature <\/div>\n
based electronic combustion control system that utilizes temperature and other <\/div>\n
data to inform automated or programmed cycling through the standard burn <\/div>\n
cycle: pre-heat, burn with waste addition, burn completion, cool-down. The <\/div>\n
system shall be capable of varying auxiliary fuel and air supply in both combustion <\/div>\n
chambers to achieve optimum combustion conditions. As far as practicable, <\/div>\n
the incinerator shall be of a plug and play type for ease of installation and <\/div>\n
commissioning in remote locations.\t<\/span><\/div>\n
\t<\/span>“The control system shall have a separate push button-based work station, <\/div>\n
which shall be located adjacent to the loading bay and protected from weather <\/div>\n
and impact damage. The system shall allow for rapid and straightforward intervention <\/div>\n
by the operator if the automatic system is not achieving the desired results during a burn cycle. <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t\t
