Incinerator Design Requirements:<br \/>\nThe system should be simple in design and operation, with minimal electronic components.<br \/>\n  3.1 Specific Data that must be offered with the Design<br \/>\n3.1.1 Incinerator Data:<br \/>\na.Batch Load Capacity;<br \/>\nb.Primary chamber design (thickness, diameter, length, insulation, lining, volume hearth area, weight); c.\u00a0 Secondary chamber design (thickness, diameter, length, insulation, lining, quantity hearth area,\u00a0 weight);<br \/>\nc.Exhaust stack layout (thickness, diameter, lining variety of segments, complete stack length, height above base, weight);<br \/>\nd.Type and amount of auxiliary fuel burners;<br \/>\ne.Fuel requirements &#8212; type, amounts;<br \/>\nf.Electrical power use;<br \/>\ng.Electrical services required;<br \/>\nh.Water requirements &#8212; amounts;<br \/>\ni.Any other input requirements and consumables;<br \/>\nj.Temperatures to be achieved to guarantee suitable destruction of waste and comply with required air pollution control standards (EU Waste Incineration Directive 2000\/76);<br \/>\nk.Residence time to ensure suitable destruction of waste and comply with required air pollution control standards;<br \/>\nl.Potential weight loss (percent ) of waste;<br \/>\nm.Options to automatically and continuously monitor and record information such as dates, time of day, batch sequential number;<br \/>\nn.A temperature or visual indicator to display heat status of gear; and<br \/>\no.Details on picture displays and \/ or computer recording apparatus.  <\/p>\n<p> 3.1.2\u00a0 Air Pollution Control System Data<br \/>\na.The type of air pollution control equipment selected will comply with EU WID Waste Incineration<br \/>\nb.Directive 2000\/76;<br \/>\nc.Details about the gas cleaning systems to improve the removal of fine particles, acid fumes and heavy<br \/>\nd.metals;<br \/>\ne.Details on components, such as:<br \/>\n\uf0b7quencher;<br \/>\n\uf0b7condenser \/ absorber;<br \/>\n\uf0b7venturi scrubber;<br \/>\n\uf0b7entrainment separator and<br \/>\n\uf0b7emissions pile (s).<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Electrical power use;<br \/>\nf.Any other input demands and consumables (e.g. lime);<br \/>\ng.Details on graphic screens and \/ or computer recording apparatus;<br \/>\nh.Environmental requirements &#8211; The system will have the capacity \/ capability to comply with relevant air quality criteria; i.e.EU Waste Incineration Directive 2000\/76.  (or similar standards and criteria acceptable to the Australian Commonwealth Government Department of the Environment);<br \/>\ni.Specify air pollution parameters that are monitored.<br \/>\n 3.1.3\u00a0 Site Requirements for the Incinerator<br \/>\na.Total land area dimentions;<br \/>\nb.Infrastructure required ( water supply, power supply drainage); and<br \/>\nc.Any specific ecological or climatic\/meteorological aspects that needs consideration.<br \/>\n 3.1.4\u00a0 Housing Requirements and Design<br \/>\na.Details on demands for a safe enclosure to the incinerator and associated air pollution control system.  The enclosure will be designed to achieve occupational health and safety requirements such as: a. Free space can be found on either side and heat radiation is kept at a minimum giving the operators an:<br \/>\nb.easy viable environment and ventilation;<br \/>\nc.There are protected storage facilities for waste;<br \/>\nd.There are measures to avoid vermin and insects;<br \/>\ne.The materials are of sufficient structural depth for safety and to withstand sea corrosion.<br \/>\n 4.
