These pumps <\/p>\n<p> shall deliver waste oil from the incinerator sludge mixing tank to the incinerator.  Operation and management of those <\/p>\n<p> pumps shall be completely automatic.  A linear negative feedback control algorithm shall be used to adjust the feed rate of <\/p>\n<p> the sludge pumps and hence vary the number of sludge being incinerated.  The sludge line will also be equipped with <\/p>\n<p> appropriate self cleaning filter that will keep impurities away from the burner.  <\/p>\n<p> A\u00a0 sludge\u00a0 mixing\u00a0 tank\u00a0 equipped\u00a0 with\u00a0 a\u00a0 superheated\u00a0 water\u00a0 heater\u00a0 shall\u00a0 also\u00a0 be <\/p>\n<p> provided.  A Superheated water heater shall be provided to heat the waste oil to the inlet temperature required by the <\/p>\n<p> incinerator.  In case a superheated water heater <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> cannot be provided, an electrical heater shall be provided for the tank.  The tank shall also be equipped with a magnetic <\/p>\n<p> level index, level switches and appropriate drain valves, separate overflow and vent pipes.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Characteristics of superheated water available in the power station are as follows; Stress and temperature of <\/p>\n<p> superheated water in supply manifold; P 10 Bars, T = 150 Deg <\/p>\n<p> Stress and temperature of superheated water at return manifold; P 8.5 Bars, T = 140 Deg <\/p>\n<p>pumps shall be fully automatic.
