When burning sludge, the incinerator shall be in a position to <\/p>\n<p> maintain the internal temperature by adjusting its sludge flow rate without any make up fuel.  The desired internal <\/p>\n<p> temperature shall be within the range of 800\u00b0C &#8212; 1000 \u00b0C and will be adjustable.  Operation of the incinerator will <\/p>\n<p> be completely automatic.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> Control of the incinerator shall be performed via PLC which can be readily interfaced with the existing PLC system of this <\/p>\n<p> sludge handling system in the Power Station.  Note that the present system is an Allen Bradley SLC 500 system.  The <\/p>\n<p> incinerator will provide suitable fault and alarms in case of any abnormal occurrence during its operation.  <\/p>\n<p> Protection class of control panel shall be at least IP 54.  <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> the entire incinerator system will be mounted on a slide which will be installed on concrete flooring.  The whole <\/p>\n<p> incinerator will then be attached to our existing DO and Sludge lines.
