Stage A \u2015 Controlled Roasting \/ Ashing<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A gradual, low-temperature thermal process removes organics in a stable and controllable manner, producing dry, recoverable ash<\/strong>.
Ash is collected using movable high-temperature trays<\/strong>, enabling centralized collection and simplified downstream recovery handling.<\/p>\n

Stage B \u2015 High-Temperature Afterburner<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A dedicated high-temperature oxidation stage ensures more complete destruction of oil smoke, VOCs, and cracking\/pyrolysis gases<\/strong>, helping reduce odor, black smoke, and internal fouling<\/strong>, while improving overall cleanliness and operational stability.<\/p>\n
